Senate Subcommittee Acts on
Agriculture Appropriations Bill

To Members of the NASULGC System:
The Senate Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee marked up its
F.Y. 2005 bill today. The markup occurred with little advance notice
and no fanfare. No paper was distributed... not even to
subcommittee members. Details are still sketchy and there is no
information about when the full Appropriations Committee or the
full Senate may act on this bill.
